Known for its omakase-style dining experience, Sushi Park has been frequented by Hollywood stars like Kylie Jenner, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Selena Gomez.
The Japanese restaurant, founded in 2006 by Peter Park, offers personalized meals prepared by their talented chefs.
Due to their strict no-photography policy, very few photos of the restaurant’s interior are available online. Sushi Park is only open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm, and is closed every Sunday and Monday.
Despite not having an official website or social media presence, Sushi Park has attracted a long list of A-list celebrities. From Angelina Jolie and Beyoncé to Dua Lipa and Jay-Z, the restaurant remains a local mainstay for the rich and famous.
The menu at Sushi Park is known for serving “only Traditional Sushi!” and they proudly display a sign outside the establishment listing the items they do not serve, such as teriyaki, tempura, and trendy sushi rolls.
Peter Park, the elusive founder of Sushi Park, prefers to remain out of the spotlight and does not give interviews. In a statement to The New York Times, he expressed his commitment to providing the best service and experience to their regular customers.
