Ghanaian artist Shatta Wale has spoken out about the challenges faced by comedian Funny Face, highlighting the deeper issues within the creative industry.
In a Facebook post, Shatta Wale emphasized that Funny Face’s troubles extend beyond his personal relationships and urged for a change in the way the industry operates.
The actor and comedian were involved in a motor accident in Kasoa, Central Region, on Sunday, March 24, 2024. Eyewitnesses at the scene shared videos on social media showing the aftermath of the incident, with individuals rushing to assist Funny Face.
According to reports, the accident occurred when Funny Face’s car collided with a woman and two children, as well as a man on a motorbike. All the victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
In recent weeks, Funny Face has been vocal about his struggles to see his three children due to issues with his ex-girlfriend. The comedian, who has battled depression in the past, expressed frustration over the situation with his children and hinted at relocating to start afresh.
