The absence of 19-year-old Justin Diehl from FC Köln’s training session on Wednesday comes as a blow to the team, following his impressive display in their recent match against Wolfsburg on January 27th.
Diehl, an offensive player, showcased his skills in the game against Wolfsburg but will be sidelined for an undisclosed period due to illness, leaving fans eager for his return to the training ground.
During the game, Faride Alidou opened the scoring for FC Köln with a well-placed header in the 38th minute, before Diehl came on as a substitute in the 76th minute to replace Dejan Ljubicic. However, Wolfsburg equalized through a goal from Kevin Paredes, assisted by Joakim Mæhle.
