Dutch-born Ghanaian sensation Jeremie Frimpong showed off his skills with an impressive goal, helping Bayer Leverkusen secure a big win over Bayern Munich on Saturday afternoon.
Initially starting from the bench, Frimpong came on in the 65th minute as Leverkusen cruised to a 3-0 victory over Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga’s week 21 match.
The scoring started with Josip Stanisic finding the back of the net in the 18th minute. Andrich made a great play down the left wing, delivering a precise cross into the box.
The ball eluded Upamecano and fell perfectly to Stanisic, who calmly put it away with his right foot from close range.
Alejandro Grimaldo doubled Leverkusen’s lead in the 50th minute after a stunning run by Nathan Tella.
In a sublime display, Bayer Leverkusen sealed the win with a spectacular third goal in stoppage time. Edmond Tapsoba and Guerreiro combined seamlessly to set up Jeremie Frimpong, who elegantly curled the ball into the open goal.
