Ghanaian striker Jordan Ayew has once again proven his worth on the field by winning the Crystal Player of the Month award for February.
This is the second time Ayew has claimed the Player of the Month trophy this season, after also winning it in August.
Ayew’s exceptional performances garnered him more than 54% of the total votes, showing that he is a favorite among Crystal Palace fans.
The forward reached a significant milestone in his career during the weekend, making his 200th appearance for Crystal Palace in their impressive 3-0 win over Burnley. In that game, Ayew scored a goal and provided an assist, bringing his total goal contributions for the season to 10.
His outstanding display against Burnley comes after his memorable goal against Everton at Goodison Park, which earned him a nomination for the Premier League Goal of the Month award.
Despite facing tough competition for the February Player of the Month award, including from new signing Adam Wharton, Ayew’s consistent excellence on the pitch made him the deserving winner of the accolade.
