The Borteyman Sports Complex in Ghana is in for a major transformation as the government plans to turn it into a university for sports development.
This ambitious plan was revealed by Bawa Abdul Majeed, Deputy Director of the National Sports Authority (NSA). The facility, which was recently inaugurated, is set to become a pioneering institution for sports development.

The intention is to make use of the available land and invest heavily in the facility to create a conducive environment for the university. The plan involves utilizing the existing offices on site to kickstart the university.
In addition to this exciting development, Ghana will be represented in football at the upcoming African Games by the Black Satellites and Black Princesses.
