The head coach stressed the significance of players like Ayisi who not only possess skill on the field but also show a deep sense of national pride.

“We are working to identify Ghanaians based in England who have Ghanaian roots, and Freda is one of them. She is proud to wear the Ghana jersey and play for our country. She is a talented footballer, and we are also scouting for four or five other players,” Hauptle shared with Citi Sports.

“It’s a process to bring them into the team, but I am pleased that she has shown her commitment and has a genuine love for Ghana,” she added.
