Thomas Kingston, the husband of Lady Gabriella and former boyfriend of Pippa Middleton, has passed away at the age of 45, as confirmed by Fox News Digital.
His family released a statement expressing their shock and grief at his sudden death.
The statement read, “It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Kingston, our beloved husband, son, and brother. Tom was an exceptional man who lit up the lives of all who knew him. We ask you to respect our privacy as we mourn his passing.”
Kingston, who married Prince Michael of Kent’s daughter in 2019, was found dead in Gloucestershire on Sunday evening. The palace spokesperson also issued a statement, offering condolences to the Kingston family and expressing heartfelt thoughts and prayers for Lady Gabriella.
Kingston, who previously dated Pippa Middleton, remained good friends with her even after their split in 2011. Pippa married James Matthews in 2017.
Both Prince William’s absence from a memorial and Kingston’s passing are confirmed to be unrelated incidents by Fox News Digital.
