Actress and activist Jameela Jamil shared her grief over the shocking death of her friend Isabelle Thomas, who died at the age of 39 last Thursday.
Isabelle, who was the wife of “Killers of the Flower Moon” producer Bradley Thomas, was found dead near the pool area of the Hotel Angeleno located in the western part of Los Angeles, after she reportedly jumped from a balcony on a high floor. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office, her cause of death was listed as suicide.
Jamil took to Instagram to express her sorrow over the heartbreaking loss, urging others not to take their loved ones for granted. The “Good Place” actress shared her regret at not being able to see Isabelle, emphasizing the importance of affirming love for those close to us.
Isabelle tied the knot with Bradley in 2018, and the couple shares twin daughters named Poppy and Grace. The family was last seen together on Jan. 13 at the BAFTA Tea Party event in Los Angeles. Reports claim that Isabelle did not leave behind a suicide note.
Jamil vented on the platform, revealing that “My heart is completely and utterly broken and I don’t think I will ever recover.”
“If you are struggling with suicidal thoughts, you can dial the 24/7 National Suicide Prevention hotline at 988 or go to SuicidePreventionLifeline.org,” urged Jamil in a strong preventive message.
