The recent demolition of the 20,000-seater capacity event venue, Fantasy Dome, has sparked concern from Leslie Quaynor, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fantasy Entertainment. In a statement, Mr. Quaynor expressed his worries about the broader implications this action will have on the entertainment industry in Ghana.

During an interview on Adom FM’s morning show, Dwaso Nsem, Mr. Quaynor highlighted his concerns about how this demolition would discourage potential investors in the sector. He emphasized that while he does not regret building the Fantasy Dome, he is disappointed in how the issue has been handled.

Mr. Quaynor called on the courts, government, and all stakeholders to prioritize upholding the rule of law and protecting the interests of the entertainment sector. He stressed the importance of demonstrating a commitment to ensuring that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
