Instead of going crazy about losing his stylish dreadlocks like most fanbase around the world do, fans of Ghanaian hip-hop star Kwesi Arthur are rather showering praises on him.
Two days ago, the ‘Don’t Keep Me Waiting’ hitmaker shocked fans on social media when he shared a photo gallery of himself bearing a completely unusual look.
Kwesi Arthur is known for his dreadlocks and shirtless lifestyle since his first hit ‘Grind Day’ but for the past few months, he’s been tweaking his brand and appearance. A few months ago, he got rid of his dreadlocks and jokingly decided to auction his hair on his Instagram page.
But on Tuesday, May 9, he uploaded a photo gallery to his Instagram page showing his new clean shave. Fans loved it.
“This part of Kwesi must be fire, I can see that coming,” one of his fans with the handle ‘su_gar333’ commented.
Another fan ‘faustinafaustinaagbo’ said: “You look back as a boy and too hot to see, and also much great looking for the world.”
One fan ‘young_chikili’ linked his legal name with his new look, saying “now, this is Emmanuel Danso. Popsy [his father] will be happy now.”
Kwesi Arthur is currently out with a new hustlers’ anthem titled ‘Penny’. The hip-hop song talks about his humble beginning and the hustle he went through just to survive in the ‘hood.’
