Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, who recently turned pastor, took to Instagram to express gratitude towards his father Pete Edochie for endorsing his ministry.
Yul disclosed that his father congratulated him for his successful first live program as a minister of God and even offered him some bible verses to discuss in his program.
Yul Edochie had earlier launched his church, True Salvation Ministry, and announced the creation of a new YouTube channel for his ministry.
Despite facing mixed feelings and backlash, Yul expressed his heartfelt thanks for his father’s support.
In a post on Instagram, Yul wrote, “What more can I ask for from a father? Thank you for the support, Dad. Chief Pete Edochie. @peteedochie. The Lion of Africa. May God keep you for many more years. (120yrs and above). And continue to grant your heart’s desires. Joy, peace, happiness, wealth, and fulfillment shall be yours forever. Amen.”
