Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa recently embarked on a significant tour of the expansive 501-hectare River Park Estate, developed by renowned businessman Dr. Sam Jonah in Nigeria.
During the visit, Ablakwa examined the estate’s innovative features and sustainable design, which focus on enhancing environmental conservation while providing a recreational haven.
The estate is not only a testament to Dr. Jonah’s vision for luxurious living but also aims to set benchmarks for eco-friendly real estate development in the region.
Ablakwa expressed his admiration for the project, highlighting its potential to spur economic activities and promote green tourism. He emphasized the importance of such initiatives in fostering collaboration between private sectors and local communities to drive sustainable development.
