The court has made a decision to dismiss the case involving Serwaa Amihere, a well-known figure in Ghana’s media industry, in relation to a romantic video.
Allegations of blackmail against her ex-partner Henry Fitz and his accomplices have also been dropped by the court.
Initially, there were widespread reports of blackmail, which resulted in a dramatic police chase leading to the apprehension of Edem Savior Ketti and Henry Fitz’s wife, Candylove Kwaykewaa Ababio.
Candylove was captured at a secret location, while Edem was found in hiding in Dzorwulu. However, Henry Fitz managed to escape capture.
In a surprising twist, the court dismissed Serwaa Amihere’s lawsuit against Henry Fitz, his associate, and his spouse citing a lack of concrete evidence. This development was announced by Trouble Carlos, a popular TikToker and YouTuber, on his official channel, bringing an end to this highly-publicized legal battle.
