Businessman Henry Fitz has found himself embroiled in a scandal after he was summoned to court by the state for allegedly sharing an intimate image without consent. The image involved his former lover, Serwaa Amihere, a well-known media personality.
Fitz took to social media to defend himself, making shocking accusations against Nana Aba Anamoah, a close friend of Serwaa Amihere. He claimed that Nana Aba had sent a nude video to one of his friends, Stone, in exchange for money to pay her rent.
According to Fitz, he obtained the video because Stone shared it with him five years ago.
Despite being accused of leaking the intimate video involving Serwaa, Fitz maintained his innocence. He stated that if he had indeed leaked the video, he would have also exposed a similar video of Nana Aba.
Fitz also alleged that Nana Aba had tried to set him up with another person, Sandra Ankobea, in order to extort money from him, betraying Serwaa in the process.
In his posts, Fitz claimed to have evidence of conversations between him and Nana Aba dating back five years. He vehemently denied leaking any videos but expressed his willingness to expose Nana Aba’s alleged deceitfulness and greed.
Henry Fitz, along with two others, is facing legal action over the non-consensual sharing of an intimate image. The trio’s actions are said to violate specific laws, including the Criminal Offences Act 1960 and the Cybersecurity Act 2020.
The case involves a series of events where the complainant, Serwaa Amihere, was threatened with the release of intimate photos unless a ransom was paid. The suspects involved in this case, including Edem Saviour Ketti and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio, are currently facing legal consequences for their alleged actions.
Efforts are underway to apprehend Henry Amponsah, also known as Henry Fitz, who is currently at large.
