Ghanaian duo Ragnar Ache and Aaron Opoku were instrumental in helping Kaiserslautern secure a 4-1 victory against Schalke 04 in the Germany Bundesliga 2.
Another Ghanaian, Richmond Tachie, also played a crucial role by providing an assist in the match.
Ragnar Ache, a German-born Ghanaian forward, delivered an outstanding performance as he secured a starting spot and scored two goals to lead Kaiserslautern to a resounding home win at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion.
The first goal came in the 10th minute when Ragnar Ache scored from very close range following a set-piece situation. FC Schalke 04 managed to equalize, but Ragnar Ache struck again in the 59th minute after receiving a cross from Richmond Tachie.
Later in the game, Filip Stojilkovic and Aaron Opoku added two more goals for Kaiserslautern, sealing the victory and moving them to 14th place on the league table with 21 points.
