Ghanaian striker, Peter Agblevor, has made it known that he is open to the idea of representing Rwanda if they show interest in having him play for their national team.
The 20-year-old centre-forward has been in impressive form in the Rwandan league, demonstrating his ability to find the back of the net.
In a recent match, he played a vital role in Police FC’s victory over APR, scoring both goals to secure the Heroes Cup.
Although he has not yet been capped at any national team level, Agblevor has expressed his willingness to seize the opportunity to play for Rwanda if they extend an invitation to him.
During an interview with Times Sports, he said, “If Rwanda wants to naturalize me, why not? I am 100 percent available and ready to play for them.”
Currently playing for Police FC, the young striker has previously played for Etoile del’Est and Musanze FC in his football career.
It is worth noting that he is the son of former Swedru All Blacks striker, James Agblevor.
