Talented Ghanaian forward, Princess Marfo, has made it known that she will always hold Right to Dream Academy and FC Nordsjaelland close to her heart no matter where her career takes her.
Marfo recently completed a move to American club FC Bay and is set to be a part of the team for the 2024 football season.
Commenting on her transfer, Princess Marfo expressed her desire for FC Nordsjaelland to continue to thrive even in her absence.
“I have cherished every moment here and I hope that my team will continue to succeed without me because that would bring me great joy,” Princess Marfo remarked.
The forward is optimistic about the prospect of more female players following in her footsteps from Right to Dream Academy to FC Nordsjaelland and beyond.
“They will always be a part of me because every journey has a beginning. As a young girl, they provided me with an education and a football platform to develop myself. FC Nordsjaelland helped to shape me for the future, so they will always be in my thoughts. I cannot forget them,” said Marfo.
Looking forward, she said, “There is more to come. I have learned that everything is achievable if one is determined. Nothing comes easy. I could have given up, but I am here. You just need to set your mind to it and do your best,” Princess Marfo concluded.
