Ghanaian footballer Joseph Paintsil had a magical moment during LA Galaxy’s recent match against San Jose Earthquake, with a little help from his family.

After the match, Paintsil shared that his mother and sister had a feeling he would find the back of the net. “I’m really happy that I scored my first goal, especially in those colors – it really means a lot to me,” he expressed. “My sister and my mom told me that I was going to score, so I should just keep the faith. The moment that it happened I thought about them, so I just want to say a very big thank you.”
In addition to his goal-scoring prowess, Paintsil has formed a strong partnership with his teammate, Riqui Puig, a former Barcelona player. The duo’s on-field connection has been vital for LA Galaxy, with Paintsil praising Puig and their seamless integration.
