The President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC), Ben Nunoo Mensah, and a delegation recently paid a visit to the Black Queens in their camp.
Accompanied by other committee members, the president delivered items including drinking water to the team on Wednesday, February 22.
Following the visit, the Black Queens expressed their gratitude to Ben Nunoo Mensah and his team for their support.
“Camp Update: The President of the Ghana Olympic Committee, Ben Nunoo Mensah, and members of the committee visited us during training yesterday.
“They offered words of encouragement and also made some presentations to us ahead of our game on Friday. We appreciate it,” a post on the Black Queens page on X stated.

The Black Queens will hold a final training session later today to wrap up preparations for the game against Zambia on Friday.
The match will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium with kick-off scheduled for 5 pm.
