Ghanaian midfielder Michael Baidoo has recently signed a contract extension through the 2027 season with Elfsborg. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to continue his personal and professional development with the club.
Baidoo shared, “It’s been a fantastic journey so far. I’ve developed a lot both as a player and as a person over these two years, and I’m happy to be here. I always try to listen to the coaches and take the advice given.”
Since joining Elfsborg from Norwegian side Sandnes Ulf in January 2022, the 24-year-old has made a significant impact on the team. He has proven himself as a key player, showcasing his skills on the field.
With two successful seasons behind him, Baidoo has solidified his position as a crucial player for Elfsborg. He has shown versatility and prowess, with an impressive record of 14 goals and 9 assists in 54 competitive matches.
In the recently concluded Swedish league season, Michael Baidoo participated in 28 games, scoring 5 goals and providing 6 assists.
