Young Ghanaian striker Ragnar Ache continues to shine in the German Bundesliga 2 as he scored a goal for FC Kaiserslautern in their recent match against Elversberg.
Despite the 2-1 defeat, Ache’s goal, which was assisted by compatriot Richmond Tachie, was a bright spot in the game for FC Kaiserslautern.
With this goal, Ache has now scored 9 goals in 14 appearances since joining FC Kaiserslautern on a permanent deal from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.
In the match, Paul Wanner gave SV 07 Elversberg the lead in the 19th minute, but Ache equalized with a right-footed shot from outside the box, thanks to an assist from Tachie.
However, Thore Jacobsen scored the winner for SV 07 Elversberg from a penalty, securing the victory for his team.
FC Kaiserslautern currently maintains their 15th position on the league table, just outside of the relegation zone. Despite their position, Ache’s consistent performance is keeping their hopes alive as they continue to fight for their place in the league.
