Hearts of Oak’s PRO, Kwame Opare Addo, is optimistic about the success of the club’s new head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, as long as he receives the right support.
Ouattara, an Ivory Coast international, has signed a two and a half year deal with the Phobians and will soon take charge of training ahead of the second round.
Opare Addo expressed his confidence in Ouattara, stating, “We have confidence in him that he would be able to help us to move forward looking at the work he has done previously.
He added, “Once we throw our support behind him, he will be successful with us.”
Hearts of Oak will enter the second round of the Ghana Premier League with Ouattara as their new head coach, bringing his wealth of experience to the team.
Ouattara is making a comeback to the Ghana football scene after almost two decades, having previously worked with Asante Kotoko and King Faisal.
He becomes the third person to lead the technical department of Hearts after Dutchman, Martinus Koopman, and caretaker coach Abdul Bashiru, who handled the team at different times during the first round of the season.
