This marks the second time Ekow Vincent has triumphed over Louise Carol after the 2020 elections that brought him to power.

Ekow Vincent, who previously served as the Public Relations Manager of the Ministry of Education, transitioned to become a Member of Parliament.

Louise Carol gained notoriety after a Facebook post attacking the grassroots, leading to her suspension and loss of popularity among the New Patriotic Party (NPP) grassroots.
