Italian model Bernardo Marziani has tragically passed away at the young age of 20 after a two-year battle with Ewing sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.

Marziani shared his cancer journey with his followers on social media, shedding light on the struggles he faced. He was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma in his left leg in 2022, which eventually led to metastases, changing his treatment plan.

Despite his diagnosis, Marziani remained positive and offered advice to others with cancer, including tips on managing side effects such as hair loss during chemotherapy.

Ewing sarcoma is most common in individuals between the ages of 10 and 20 and typically affects the pelvic, thigh, or shin bones.

The son of journalist Elena Martelli and art critic Gianluca Marziani, Bernardo split his time between Rome and Amsterdam, where he was studying anthropology.

In a video shared in January, Marziani revealed that his health took a turn for the worse after developing complications related to the progression of the tumor to his lung.
