The theme of the program emphasizes achieving gender equality in agriculture, advocating for concerted efforts to empower women in agribusiness and afford them equal opportunities for growth and advancement. She encouraged school children and women to take agriculture more seriously, emphasizing that it is a viable career option, especially for those who cannot afford tertiary education.
