Fella Makafui premieres gripping new movie ‘Resonance: A Symphony of Death’

Fella Makafui, a well-known social media personality and actress, has recently unveiled her latest movie project titled ‘Resonance: A Symphony of Death.’

The storyline of the movie centers around the mysterious murder of a young female artist named Tamara, who was on the verge of signing a major contract with a well-known music record label. The plot navigates through the investigation of her tragic death, leaving viewers pondering over the question of who could be responsible for Tamara’s demise.

In a recent interview with Melvin Da Enigma on Luv FM’s DriveTime, Fella Makafui, who not only produced the movie but also portrays the character of Tamara, disclosed that the concept for the film originated from a conversation with her friend, Habiba, while they were on set.

“Resonance: A Symphony of Death” is aimed at captivating audiences with its intricate storyline of mystery, betrayal, and redemption. The film is set to premiere on Saturday, June 8, in Kumasi, and Fella Makafui is currently on a radio tour in the city to encourage her fans and followers to attend the premiere at the SG Mall (Royal View Cinema).

Directed by the renowned filmmaker Maxmore A. Bakare, the movie boasts a talented cast of Ghanaian actors and actresses, including Wesley Kesse, Prince David Osei, Salma Mumin, and John Dumelo.

Reflecting on the success of the film’s premiere in Accra, Fella Makafui expressed her excitement by stating, “My movie broke a record in the movie industry; we filled five cinemas, showed nine times, and received massive media support.”
