Kumawood actor Lil Win has revealed that he spent a whopping GH¢700,000 shooting his movie series, Mr President. This is an incredibly high amount, and when asked about it, the actor attributed the high cost to props, mentioning that they spent about GH¢5,000 daily on renting motorbikes and Land Cruisers, as well as GH¢30,000 on buying meat for certain scenes.

In an exclusive interview, Lil Win disclosed that the majority of the expenses went into props, specifically the rental of Land Cruisers and motorbikes, which cost him around GH¢5,000 every day. Additionally, he mentioned that the use of various meats in some of the scenes cost him about GH¢30,000, and to avoid wastage, the cast would prepare meals with the meat.

When asked about how he recovers the money spent on these movie projects, Lil Win emphasized that every movie he makes is a valuable asset. He has partnered with stations like UTV and Atinka TV to showcase his movies, and after airing on TV, he uploads them to his Weezy Empire YouTube Channel, where he also earns revenue.

It seems that the popular actor is not only investing in his film projects but also ensuring that he finds different ways to generate income from them. With such high spending on his projects, it will be interesting to see how successful they will be and if they will indeed live up to the enormous costs incurred.
