US rapper Megan Thee Stallion is facing allegations of creating a toxic work environment by her former cameraman, Emilio Garcia. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, claims that Garcia was subjected to fat-shaming and inappropriate behavior during his time working for the rapper.

According to Garcia, he started working for Megan in 2018 as her personal cameraman and continued in that role until June 2023. In the legal documents, he alleges that he was put in uncomfortable situations, including being in a moving car while Megan engaged in sexual activity next to him during a trip to Ibiza in 2022.

Garcia also claims that he was taunted about his weight during the same trip, with Megan allegedly telling him to spit out his food and criticizing his eating habits. These incidents, along with other alleged breaches of employment law, have led Garcia to seek financial compensation from Megan and her management, Roc Nation.

The lawsuit also includes claims that Garcia’s contract was changed to a “per task” payment structure, resulting in significantly lower earnings. Additionally, he says he was denied healthcare benefits after being misclassified as an independent contractor.

In response to the allegations, Megan’s lawyers have stated that the lawsuit is solely focused on money and does not include any sexual harassment claims. They have vowed to address the matter in court.

Roc Nation, the management company named in the lawsuit, has not yet commented on the allegations. The legal battle between Megan Thee Stallion and her former cameraman is set to unfold in the coming months as both parties seek resolution.
