Celebrated British actor Henry Cavill, best known for his portrayal of Superman, shared some exciting news with fans recently.
Cavill announced that he and his girlfriend, Natalie Viscuso, are expecting their first child together.
The couple, who have been together for three years, expressed their joy in an interview with Access Hollywood. Cavill couldn’t contain his excitement about the impending arrival, stating, “Natalie and I are both very excited. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that.”
Cavill introduced Viscuso to the public in April 2021 through an Instagram post and has often talked about his desire to start a family. In a playful announcement of their pregnancy, Cavill posted a photo of the couple playing chess, showcasing their fun-loving relationship.
Their relationship has garnered attention, especially after they made a public appearance at the premiere of Enola Holmes 2, a film produced by Legendary Entertainment, where Viscuso has previously worked. Legendary Entertainment is also known for its involvement in the production of Man Of Steel, another film starring Cavill.
In an interview with Men’s Health magazine, Cavill emphasized his commitment to fitness, not just for his roles but also for his future as a father.
He expressed his desire to be an active and healthy parent, stating, “If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who’s running round after them.” This announcement marks a significant milestone for Cavill, who has shared that starting a family was his “biggest dream in life.”
