The son of renowned rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, Christian “King” Combs, is facing allegations of sexual assault while on a family holiday in St Martin in 2022.

The accuser, Grace O’Marcaigh, has filed a lawsuit in a civil court in Los Angeles claiming that Christian physically and sexually assaulted her.

Sean Combs, who is currently under investigation for federal sex trafficking charges, is also named in the lawsuit for allegedly aiding the assault. Last week, properties belonging to Sean Combs were raided as part of the ongoing investigation.

The family’s lawyer, Arron Dyer, has dismissed the allegations as “lewd and meritless”, describing them as “manufactured lies and irrelevant facts”. This is just the latest in a series of serious sexual assault allegations against both Sean Combs and now his son.

According to the court document, Ms O’Marcaigh, who worked as a steward on the yacht, reported that the luxury vessel was often filled with intoxicated individuals, suspected sex workers, celebrities, and drugs. She suspects that drinks served to her and other women on board may have been spiked with drugs, as she witnessed people experiencing adverse reactions.

The lawsuit also claims that Sean Combs chartered the luxury yacht and allegedly turned the family excursion into a hedonistic environment. Christian Combs is accused of insisting that Ms O’Marcaigh drink tequila with him, becoming violent when she tried to leave, and then groping her and kissing her inappropriately.

In a separate incident, Ms O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian attempted to force her to engage in oral sex in the yacht’s cinema. She claims that her complaint to the ship’s captain was not taken seriously and that Sean Combs paid a substantial tip to the crew to keep the incident quiet.

As a result of the alleged assault, Ms O’Marcaigh states that her long-time romantic relationship has ended, and she now suffers from an eating disorder and epileptic seizures. The lawsuit also includes transcripts from the recording producer, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who has filed his own lawsuit against Sean Combs.

The allegations against Sean Combs and his son add to a growing list of sexual assault accusations, including claims from his former partner Cassie Ventura.

Sean Combs denies all the allegations, with his lawyer stating that they will move to dismiss the “outrageous claim” made by Ms O’Marcaigh and her attorney.
