John-Paul Miller, a well-known pastor at Solid Rock Church in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is currently mourning the sudden and heartbreaking loss of his wife, Mica Acacia Miller. Mica passed away in North Carolina on April 27, 2024, at the young age of 30.
The couple, who had been friends since 2009, tied the knot in 2017 and had been inseparable ever since. Mica was deeply involved in the church, serving as the worship leader, women’s ministry leader, youth leader, graphics designer, and Pastor’s assistant, providing invaluable support to her husband in every aspect.
While John-Paul and Mica did not have children together, Mica embraced her role as a stepmother to John-Paul’s five kids from a previous relationship. Their blended family included Logan, Zachary, Eli, Asher, and Selah.
The circumstances surrounding Mica’s passing are currently under investigation by the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office, with Major Damien McLean confirming that they are actively looking into the matter. According to John-Paul, his wife had been battling mental health struggles and had dealt with suicidal thoughts before.
