Nicole Fegan, a prominent attorney operating in Atlanta, Georgia, is making headlines after being arrested on gang-related charges.
Nicole has gained recognition as the “LeBron James of the Legal World” and represents clients including Tenquarius Mender, a member of the Young Slime Life gang.
She was taken into custody at Fulton County Jail in Georgia and was released on a $40,000 bond on Friday, February 16, 2024.
She faces charges of participating in criminal street gang activity and criminal solicitation to commit the offense of tampering with evidence, following a fatal double shooting at Williams Street and Baker Street in 2022.
Fegan’s fame has heightened after she started representing a member of Young Slime Life, a gang that allegedly includes rapper Young Thug.
The gang members were indicted last year in the YSL racketeering case, with Mender being charged with several counts, including conspiracy to violate the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
Amid the widespread media attention, no further details about her legal representation or future legal proceedings have been disclosed yet.
