Scott Kimball is a convicted serial killer from Colorado who shocked the nation with his gruesome crimes. Between 2003 and 2004, he admitted to killing four people in a series of murders that left many reeling in horror.

LeAnn Emry, who was just 24 years old at the time, was Kimball’s first confirmed victim. In January 2003, Kimball reportedly shot LeAnn in Utah. Her remains were not discovered until six years later in 2009.

Just weeks after LeAnn’s tragic death, Kimball claimed his next victim, Jennifer Marcum. Jennifer, a 25-year-old dancer at a local bar, had just moved in with Kimball before she disappeared. Despite his confession, Jennifer’s body was never found.

In August 2003, Kaysi McLeod, Lori McLeod’s 19-year-old daughter, went missing. Kaysi’s body was eventually discovered near Kremmling, Colorado, in 2007, less than 30 miles from where Kimball and Lori spent their honeymoon.

Terry Kimball, Scott Kimball’s 60-year-old uncle, also fell victim to his nephew’s heinous crimes. He went missing in 2004, and it wasn’t until 2009 that his remains were located on a mountain pass near Vail, Colorado.

In March 2006, Kimball was arrested in Riverside, California, and he eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree murder in October 2009. His confession led to the discovery of his victims’ remains and spared him from the death penalty.

Kimball was sentenced to 70 years in prison for the murders of LeAnn, Jennifer, Kaysi, and Terry, bringing an end to his reign of terror and providing closure to the families of his victims.
