Three men accuse Diddy of rape and sexual assault in new lawsuits

Three more men have come forward with accusations against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging rape and sexual assault in new lawsuits filed in New York Supreme Court. The incidents are said to have occurred between 2019 and 2022.

According to the complaints, two of the plaintiffs claim they attended parties with Mr. Combs where they were given alcoholic drinks that made them unconscious before being assaulted by the rapper.

In response, Mr. Combs’ legal team has dismissed the lawsuits as “full of lies” and stated their intention to prove them false.

These new lawsuits add to over 30 civil cases filed against the rapper, many of which involve similar accusations of sexual assault dating back to the 1990s. Despite multiple denials of bail, Mr. Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Attorney Thomas Giuffra, who filed the lawsuits on behalf of his clients, revealed that over 60 people have contacted his office with claims against Mr. Combs. The decision to file the lawsuits anonymously was driven by fear of the rapper’s influence and reach.

In one lawsuit, an anonymous plaintiff known as John Doe accuses Mr. Combs of assault at a nightclub in 2019.

Another plaintiff alleges assault at a party in Mr. Combs’ East Hampton home in 2020, while a third claims assault during a meeting in 2020 where he believes he was drugged.

Mr. Combs is also facing federal criminal charges in a sex-trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, which he has pleaded not guilty to.
