Imprisoned rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing more legal challenges as more than 10 new civil lawsuits are expected to be filed against him in the coming days.

Tony Buzbee, a lawyer representing several accusers, announced this development as he filed another case in New York on behalf of an unnamed male who alleges he was assaulted by the music mogul in 2015.

According to the lawsuit, the accuser, a 23-year-old man, claims he was drugged at an event attended by Combs and then assaulted at an afterparty. Despite the allegations of drugging, assaulting, and raping people, Combs has denied these accusations.

He is also facing federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty.

In response to the new case, Combs’ attorneys expressed their confidence in the judicial process and maintained that their client never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

Tony Buzbee, based in Texas, has been involved in several cases against Combs over the past year, including one that also named Jay-Z as a defendant.

Buzbee plans to file more than 10 lawsuits in the next seven to 10 days as the deadline approaches on 1 March in New York. This deadline marks the last day for victims of past sexual assault to file civil lawsuits, despite the expiration of the statute of limitations.

The newest lawsuit dates back to 2015 when the plaintiff, after performing at a nightclub in Los Angeles attended by Combs, was allegedly drugged and assaulted at an afterparty.

The accuser claims to have witnessed Combs and his entourage engaging in group sexual activity with attendees who appeared to be drugged, unconscious, or paid escorts.

Combs, currently facing over 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct, is in a New York jail awaiting a federal criminal trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
