However, she eventually found true love and walked down the aisle with Canadian retired hockey player Mike Fisher.
Mike Fisher was born on June 5, 1980, in Peterborough, Ontario. He made his NHL debut with the Ottawa Senators in October 1999 and later played for the Nashville Predators, where he was named captain in February 2011.
Fisher’s decision to agree to the trade to Nashville was largely influenced by his desire to be close to his wife Carrie, who needed to be in Nashville for most of the year due to her country music career.
Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher tied the knot on July 10, 2010, after almost two years of dating.
Their wedding ceremony was attended by over 250 people at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge in Greensboro, Georgia.
