Unprecedented and dangerous storm activity in and around Southern California didn’t stop the music industry from pulling off the 66th Grammy Awards, live from Los Angeles.
Despite the three-and-a-half-hour-long program, some interesting and fun moments made it feel like less of a slog than in past years.
For fans of Taylor Swift, the collective Swiftie gasp heard worldwide was in response to her announcement of a new album coming out in April.

This surprise win for “The Tortured Poets Department” was something nobody saw coming, making it one of the night’s best moments.
To cap off her success, Swift also made history by picking up her 14th Grammy at the end of the night, winning the Album of the Year award. It was certainly a night to remember for the singer and her fans alike.
