The statement released on behalf of DJ Chos expresses regret over the challenges faced during the event at the Dominion Centre, Wood Green in London.
According to the management, Fameye only had two brief rehearsals with DJ Chos, lasting a total of 27 minutes.
Specific songs were agreed upon for the performance during these sessions. However, conflicting instructions from Fameye and a member of his team led to some confusion during the event.
Despite the challenges faced, DJ Chos complied with the requests and adjustments made by Fameye and his team, ultimately delivering a performance that received positive feedback from the artist.
It is important to note that the song “Nothing I Get (Original)” was not part of the agreed playlist and had not been rehearsed.
The management also highlighted the seamless performances of Kelvyn Boy and Kweku Flick on the same night with DJ Chos as their DJ. Both artists attended rehearsals and provided clear instructions, resulting in flawless performances.
