Kuami Eugene, a popular Ghanaian musician, recently visited a local branch of the Presbyterian Church to offer his gratitude to God for saving his life after a near-fatal accident.
The incident occurred just a few weeks ago near Dzorwulu in Accra, when Eugene’s vehicle collided with the back of a tipper truck around 11:30 pm on Sunday, March 17, 2024.
Despite sustaining a broken wrist and a deep cut on his right hand, Eugene was fortunate to survive the crash. A reporter who was at the scene arranged for transportation to take him and another passenger to the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) for medical treatment.
According to the journalist who helped rescue Eugene, the tipper truck was moving at a slow pace when the accident occurred. Thankfully, Eugene has since recovered from his injuries and decided to visit the church to express his gratitude for being alive.
Dressed in black attire with his signature unique hairstyle, Eugene stood before the church altar to give thanks.
The emotional moment was captured in a video shared on social media, showing the musician’s deep appreciation for being spared in the accident.
Fans and well-wishers of Kuami Eugene have been supportive and relieved to see him back on his feet after such a harrowing experience.
