Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei, has come out strongly against former President John Dramani Mahama’s decision to run for the presidency of Ghana again.
In a social media post, Prince questioned Mahama’s motivation for seeking the highest office in the country after already serving as MP, Deputy Minister, Minister, Vice President, and President in his political career.
Expressing his disapproval, Prince stated, “Still Former President Mahama wants to be President again.
The greediness of some African Leaders must never be encouraged.” Instead, he urged support for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President of Ghana and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, in the upcoming elections.
Prince emphasized his belief in the NPP’s policies and encouraged others to “Vote for a New Person, Let’s vote for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia #1.” He is not alone in his support for Dr. Bawumia, as many showbiz personalities are also rooting for him in the December 7 election.
As a staunch member of the NPP, Prince is confident in his party’s ability to lead the nation with the best policies.
