Actor and comedian Funny Face has taken steps to make amends after being involved in a car accident.
The comedian, who was recently granted bail in the amount of GH¢120,000, visited the victims of the accident to seek forgiveness and offer support.
Accompanied by journalist Kofi Adomah and his lawyer, Funny Face first visited the older woman he knocked down and her two grandchildren. In a touching moment captured on video, Funny Face was seen kneeling beside the grandmother, who had a bandage on one side of her face, and engaging in a heartfelt conversation.
During the visit, Funny Face humbly sought forgiveness from the victim and assured her that he would take care of her medical bills and expenses. The woman, despite her injuries, graciously forgave Funny Face and thanked him for his visit and assistance.
Additionally, Funny Face traveled to the Central Region to visit the two young children who had been discharged from the hospital. He pleaded with their family for forgiveness, and although there were pressure for him to be jailed, the family emphasized the importance of forgiveness and giving second chances.
Funny Face also paid for any outstanding bills and donated items to the families of the victims. The comedian’s efforts to make amends and seek forgiveness have been met with understanding and forgiveness from the victims and their families.
