The traditional chief of the Gadangme State, Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse, has extended an invitation to the popular rapper Medikal and actress Fella Makafui to his palace regarding a land purchase in Nungua.
The embattled couple is expected to meet with the Gborbu Wulomo on Friday, May 24 to provide full documentation to verify their ownership of the land.
This invitation comes after a document circulated on social media showing that Medikal and Fella Makafui had purchased the land. The Gborbu Wulomo stated that it is important for the couple to present all necessary documents to confirm the authenticity of their purchase.
The couple, who are currently experiencing marital issues, have been in the spotlight for their public disagreements. Medikal claims to have solely financed their shared residence but included Fella’s name for the benefit of their daughter. However, Fella disputes this claim and has indicated her intention to challenge it in court.
Amidst their ongoing turmoil, Fella recently sought the assistance of the Criminal Investigation Department to investigate Medikal, further escalating their conflict. The Gborbu Wulomo’s invitation serves as a step towards resolving the dispute surrounding their property ownership.
