Media personality Vim Lady has made a heartfelt plea to Ghanaians to come together and show support for actor Lil Win during his legal troubles.
In a video shared on Instagram, Vim Lady emphasized the importance of standing by Lil Win, highlighting his significant role in the revival of Ghana’s film industry.
She expressed concern over the serious charges he is facing, which could potentially result in a 5-year jail sentence if convicted.
Vim Lady also pointed out the potential economic impact of Lil Win’s situation, suggesting that many livelihoods could be affected if he is incarcerated.
“Lil Win is a national asset who played a crucial role in reviving the movie industry when it collapsed. We need to come together and help him in this difficult time,” Vim Lady urged in the Instagram video.
She advised the actor to be cautious in his actions and to work closely with his legal counsel to navigate the legal process effectively.
“Lil Win needs to be very careful about what he says and does now. He should make his lawyer his friend so that he doesn’t incriminate himself beyond rescue,” she explained.
Recently, LilWin was granted bail of GH¢50,000 with two sureties following his arrest in connection with a vehicular incident that resulted in the tragic death of a three-year-old child.
It is evident from Vim Lady’s plea that support and unity from the Ghanaian community are crucial during this challenging time for LilWin.
Let us stand together to show our solidarity and help him navigate through this difficult period she said.
