Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu recently paid a visit to highlife legend KK Fosu at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) following a tragic car accident.
The accident, which took place on the Accra-Apam highway, involved KK Fosu, musician Bless, and journalist John Claude Tamakloe as they were headed to perform at a wedding.
The driver of the car, Nana Obiri Yeboah, reported that their Toyota Camry collided with a Benz car, resulting in serious injuries for KK Fosu and Bless, including broken legs. Sadly, John Claude Tamakloe lost his life in the accident.
During his visit to UGMC, Kwaku Manu commended the top-notch infrastructure and high-quality medical care provided at the facility.
He emphasized the importance of such medical centers for emergency situations and critical care, giving credit to former President John Mahama for the construction of the facility.
Accompanied by Isaac Abeiku Aidoo, also known as Goodies, the CEO of Goodies Music, Kwaku Manu expressed his appreciation for the medical staff and facilities at UGMC.
The visit was a show of support and solidarity for KK Fosu and Bless as they recover from their injuries.
