Businessman Henry Fitz is making headlines once again, this time for his bold stance against the State despite being declared wanted for his alleged involvement in the non-consensual sharing of an intimate image involving his former lover, Serwaa Amihere.
Sources report that Henry has taken to social media to share damaging posts following a court summons from the state. In one of his SnapChat posts, Henry accused Nana Aba Anamoah, a friend of Serwaa Amihere and another media personality, of disloyalty. He claimed that Nana Aba tried to set him up with Sandra Ankobea just to get a fridge from him.
“You Nana Aba, I heard you the who doesn’t want to accept the fact that a video of your goddaughter has leaked. Where was your loyalty when you tried to link me up with the closest pal of you and Serwah (Sandra Ankobea)?” Henry wrote.
He continued, “Even she asked me not to come and confess to you at the point of orgasm, I didn’t even have my first orgasm with u after that, yet, I came to prove to you my loyalty. U Nana Aba, even when you sent a video of you licking your books to…I still got it.”
Despite the controversy, Henry expressed his willingness to prove that Nana Aba is not the best friend to Serwaa and accused her of having a hunger for money worse than that of a blackmailer.
The businessman, along with two others, is facing legal action over the non-consensual sharing of the intimate image. The Republic has dragged them to court citing violations of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (ACT29) and the Cybersecurity Act 2020 Act 1038.
In a recent incident, a video of Serwaa Amihere and Henry Fitz kissing in bed surfaced online, leading to criticism from the public. However, Henry denied leaking the video as alleged by some media outlets.
The ongoing case involves the complainant Serwaa Amihere, a media personality, and the accused individuals Al Edem Saviour Ketti, and Candylove Kwakyewaa Ababio. Efforts are underway to apprehend Henry Amponsah, also known as Henry Fitz, who is currently at large.
The case began on December 3, 2023, when the complainant’s makeup artist received a text demanding money for alleged nude pictures of the complainant. Subsequent demands were made, leading to the posting of the images on social media. Ketti was arrested on April 3, 2024, and admitted to his involvement. Investigations are ongoing to bring all parties involved to justice.
