Popular Ghanaian rapper, Medikal, has recently opened up about his wife, Fella Makafui, undergoing cosmetic surgery to flatten her stomach after giving birth.
This revelation contradicted claims that her transformed figure was a result of a slimming tea product she promoted.
Initially, Medikal was against the idea of the surgery but eventually decided to support his wife’s desire for the procedure to ensure her happiness.
He took to Snapchat to share the experience, mentioning that he had initially suggested utilizing brand ambassadors for the product’s promotion and preferred natural methods over surgery.
After the birth of their child, Fella expressed concerns about effectively marketing the slimming tea product, leading to a difference of opinion between the couple.
This disagreement resulted in a three-month communication gap. Eventually, out of love and to support his wife, Medikal agreed to finance the surgery.
The first surgery took place in Nigeria, where Fella reportedly fainted during the procedure, causing a temporary loss of contact with her.
Despite his reservations, Medikal supported Fella’s decision for another surgery in Turkey, covering all related expenses to ensure her contentment. However, he shared that he remained unclear about her reasons for opting for a tummy tuck.
The rapper has been active on social media following an incident where he claimed Fella called the police to their shared residence.
This was allegedly triggered by Medikal’s request for Fella to ask her cousin, who had been living with them for two years, to leave the house.
