Actress Fella Makafui’s manager, Richmond Amofa Sarpong, has come forward to address the rumors surrounding her recent invitation by the police.
It was speculated that Fella Makafui had been arrested for selling unauthorized flat tummy products, but her manager has clarified that she was merely asked to answer some questions and was allowed to go home the same day.
In a statement shared on social media, Mr. Amofa Sarpong assured the public that Fella Makafui’s products are registered and presented the necessary documentation to the police to support this claim.
He stated, “She shared all necessary information about the subject matter to assist the investigation and presented her license from the Ghana Traditional Medicine Practice along with details of her FDA-registered products.”
Furthermore, Fella Makafui provided information about the few products that are still going through the registration process.
This clarification comes after widespread reports circulated claiming that she had been detained by the Pharmacy Council and the Food and Drugs Authority for selling unauthorized products.
