This generous gesture included the donation of motorbikes and streetlights, which Mr. Dumelo personally delivered on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
Expressing his intentions behind the donation, John Dumelo shared on social media that he hopes these contributions will help in curbing incidents of phone snatching and petty thefts that have been plaguing both the Legon and UPSA campuses. The actor turned politician emphasized the importance of ensuring the safety and security of the students, stating, “The Students need to be protected.”
