Gospel artist and Pastor Edwin Dadson recently gave his perspective on the issue of unity among men of God in Ghana, in response to Prophet Nigel Gaisie’s comments on the lack of unity within the religious community.
During an interview on Daybreak Hitz with Doreen Avio, Ps. Dadson expressed his belief that differences and disagreements among men of God are natural occurrences. He attributed this disunity to the unique backgrounds, ideologies, and interpretations of scripture that each individual brings to the table.
“It’s because people go into the scriptures and see different things,” Ps. Dadson explained, highlighting the diverse perspectives that can arise from studying the same religious texts.
His comments offer a nuanced view on the topic, acknowledging the inherent diversity and complexity within the religious community.
While Prophet Nigel Gaisie has called for unity among men of God, particularly prophets, Ps. Dadson’s perspective sheds light on the challenges and intricacies of fostering unity among individuals with varying beliefs and interpretations.
